- Data – Share current data + pursue new data to: provide understanding about our community’s state of homelessness; bring transparency to the current progress and investment; and have stronger information to advise future action. Projects: dashboard; business impact survey; exploring cost analysis.
- Communications – Create a communications hub to compile resources for employers, elected leaders, and social service agencies addressing homelessness + a public engagement campaign to bring more transparency and instill a sense of hope. Projects: resource lists and videos; website; business profiles; public opinion poll.
- Accountability – Help shift community culture from one of tolerance to one of wellness and accountability. Projects: Outline rights vs. responsibilities to urge a statement from public officials; public opinion poll; information to demystify Boise vs. Martin and Measure 110.
- Workforce Development – Create opportunities and connections for unhoused, yet sheltered, individuals to have a pathway into employment. Projects: mapping workforce efforts; supporting training and education efforts; exploring pilot programs.
