In addition to front desk duties, performs a wide range of duties and administrative processes such as fulfilling contracted services to the Emerald Valley High Performance Enterprise Consortium (EV-HPEC) and some member engagement processes.

The Graphic Designer manages all design, organization, and aesthetic of the Chamber's quarterly publication, Open for Business, including content layouts, ads, photos, and illustrations associated with articles. Between issues, designs material for general marketing, events, and membership/sales material.
