CHILDCARE RESOURCES |
|
We know that childcare and distance learning are continuous challenges employers and families must overcome. If you missed our webinar, we discussed options for parents and guardians, and we've also collected some other resources which we're sharing below. If you'd like to watch a recording of the webinar, the link is provided below.
FEDERAL AID FOR CHILDCARE SERVICES |
|
The Employee-Related Day Care program (ERDC) assists low-income families in affording childcare while schools are implementing distance learning. This aid is a subsidy, implying that families still pay partial costs for childcare. Employers can refer this federally funded program to all employees who qualify for the aid.

Give your children the space they need to work in a quiet, socially distanced atmosphere with supervision and help from an educator when they need it and give yourself the opportunity to get some work done. Children K-8th are given the opportunity to work for half the day and have socializing activities the other half.
