A strategic civic engagement initiative — part of Elevate 2028 — that transformed how the business community shows up in public life. Results include a 220% increase in business advocacy engagement, 200+ leaders mobilized, 13 bills influenced, 8,413 signatures collected, and $400K+ raised through LIFT Lane PAC to build lasting civic infrastructure.

​The initiative also launched a candidate development pipeline that has supported civic leaders for boards and commissions across the region.
