Organization Overview: The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce is a 1300 member organization representing business and the community. It is a non-partisan organization, but is not neutral on certain issues. Members pay annual dues. The mission of the chamber is to serve as a catalytic leader in creating a vibrant and diverse economy that drives economic opportunity and well-being.
Position Overview: The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, promoting and implementing the Chamber’s annual events and networking opportunities. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and is also responsible for executing strategic marketing and communication activities that enhance the Chamber’s brand, and communicate value to our members and community.
Programs & Events: Celebration of Business, Eugene Young Professionals Summit, Joint Chamber Golf Tournament, Economic Summit, Business Expo, Business After Hours, Greeters Breakfasts and Annual Joint Greeters Meeting and other events/programs as assigned.
